All FitnessCA products are digital. We do not ship any physical items, and there are no shipping charges.

• How you receive your order: after payment, we send an email with your download link.
• When: usually within minutes of payment.
• How long links work: download links expire 30 days after they are issued. Save your files to your device.
• Didn't receive it? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there after 1 hour, email fitnesscasupport@outlook.com with your order number.
